I would like to thank you, Russell and Dennis for all your work. My house looks beautiful and Dennis did a great job on the installation. He took pride in his work and cared about the little details he didn't just come in wack them up and leave. The blinds look great, work great and after 2 years of being there I ran into a wall last night because it is so dark. Thank you all you have transformed my house from an animal print sheets to a beautiful warm inviting home. As you know I have already recommended you but I will continue to recommend you to all friends and family. From a very satisfied customer.

For the past 2months since installation of your 2xblockouts in the front & back rooms of our home, your blinds have been fantastic in keeping us warm during this freezing winter. Not only is your product superior but your team of staff are also in a league of their own. I wish to acknowledge & Thank... Mayur for your efficiency in your visit to our home. You were kind enough to offer your expertise in color & installation suggestions and your professionalism and courtesy followup was excellent. Thank you. I would just like to take  a moment to Compliment David S from Into Blinds Thomastown’s customer service.

I was in a very difficult situation where I needed to replace a roller blind for our vacation of a rental property. I need a roller blind of a certain size (not standard) and  a certain colour to match the existing blinds in the same room.  I needed all this within a week and I was not able to come down to the show room to see the colour chart ( customer from hell)

David understood that I was  on a time frame and approached this situation with a ‘ no problem attitude’. This relaxed me and I felt , finally I was getting somewhere.

David text my phone pictures of my colour choices so I could view them next to the existing blinds and from this I was about to choose. Not only that, he was sure he had some existing blinds in the factory on location and might be able to use those instead of having them sent away which reduced my waiting time.

David took his time in getting the correct measurements from me to ensure no fine detail was missed .

2 days later David rung me and told me the blind was ready .

The great customer service continued when I collected the blind at  the Thomastown location when I was greeted by a room full of people whom told me about all the services that Into Blinds provided.

David is a great asset to your team and although Into Blinds was not my first choice for this project ( only because I was on a tight time frame) I can assure you, they are now at the top of my list.

Can't thank David enough.

Nick conducted the quote and was thorough in his explanation of the blinds and our options so I was confident in the blinds we selected. Andrew and Denis measured up and installed the blinds and Andrew was always quick to respond to any queries I had. The boys did a great job, we are very happy with our blinds. When I called to make our final payment, Dee was an absolute pleasure to speak with, in fact all of the people I dealt with along the way were very friendly and helpful, great customer service.
